Aria Dental celebrated its 10th anniversary in January 2023, demonstrating our long-term commitment and success in providing dental implant services to patients in Perth.
Aria employs over 80 local employees in our WA family-owned business. The Aria Dental Implant Centre family now consists of over a dozen certified dental health providers across our locations, mentored and guided by our Dental Specialist and Principal Prosthodontist.

Our fantastic guest services and treatment coordination team will always assist you and make your treatment experience first class. Our highly skilled, friendly, and compassionate nursing team will guide and monitor you while you are in our care.
The dentists and specialists at Aria Dental are trained to minimise pain and discomfort during and after any treatment while delivering the best dental results. Post-treatment, you can relax in the Aria Dental recovery room, fully fitted with oversized luxury recliners, comfy blankets, low lighting and aromatherapy to decompress.
If you are particularly nervous, be at ease, as Aria Dental can offer a range of excellent sedation options to make your experience even more stress-free and comfortable.
But comfort doesn’t mean compromising on the quality of care. Far from clinical, our five-star dental clinical rooms feature comfortable seating, calming music, and ceiling-mounted big-screen TVs, making them more like a luxury lounge than a surgery. We use state-of-the-art equipment, the latest technology and the most up-to-date advances in dentistry and patient care. Our strong relationship with Q-Lab Dental Laboratory (in the same building) allows us to quickly deliver hand-crafted, custom-designed dental products at the highest quality standard.

Dr Michael Zaninovich, a Specialist Prosthodontist who has a particular interest in dental implants, oral surgery and full-mouth rehabilitation, leads the team at Aria Dental. A Fellow of the Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr Zaninovich has received professional recognition both in Australia and Internationally for his skills and accomplishments in implantology.
Dr Zaninovich and his team have a diverse range of selected skills and backgrounds, allowing Aria Dental to provide a full range of dental services in Perth, from general dentistry to cosmetic design to specialist dentistry.

In-house laboratory & technicians
For prosthetics and cosmetic dentistry, the quality of the technician is often as important as the dentist’s expertise. After all, if we’re performing the best surgical work, then it makes sense that the prosthesis should be perfect, too. At Aria Dental, we work with a large, in-house laboratory holding over 15 highly trained professionals producing some of the highest quality prosthesis around. Patients benefit from our in-house technicians, who provide fewer appointments, faster treatment, and caring hands-on service.
