Our Goal

Our main goal is to provide you with the highest quality of dental care. Equally, it is our priority to provide you with professional, courteous, and honest service based on a confidential working relationship between you and our office.

Services are provided on a fee for service basis. Full payment is due at the time of consultation/service delivery. If your treatment requires several visits, you will be provided with an estimate of time and cost involved.

Payment Policy

It is the policy of Aria Dental to outline all financial requirements prior to commencement of your treatment. Furthermore, we kindly request that all treatment requiring external laboratory services (e.g. crowns, dentures, and implant treatments) be payable prior to final service delivery.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the commencement of treatment and will secure your appointment. The balance of the treatment fee can be paid in installments so that full payment has been made at the time of the service delivery.

Health Insurance Policy

If you have health insurance providing dental cover, the insurance will pay a certain amount towards your treatment based on your contract with them. A treatment plan estimate will be provided to you prior to treatment commencing, including item codes and costs. You may obtain an estimate of the insurance rebate by presenting this treatment plan to your insurer. Your ‘out-of-pocket’ expense will be dependent on your level of cover.

As treatment progresses, you will be provided with an updated account which will enable you to claim back directly from your health insurance fund. We will cooperate in every possible way for you to receive the maximum benefits for which you are entitled.

Patients who do not have health insurance cover can discuss their individual situation with our Treatment team to decide how payments could be made.

Early Release Of Superannuation

In accordance with the ATO guidelines, we require 100% of your funds to be paid to Aria Dental prior to commencing treatment. If your treatment plan is amended, we will return the balance of funds to you upon completion.

Aria Dental have a legal responsibility to advise the ATO if you do not proceed with treatment and retain the funds for non-dental treatment purposes.

Patient Responsibility

It is the responsibility of our patients to contact their health insurance fund to find out how much they would contribute towards their treatment within the calendar year. Health insurance generally has an annual maximum of benefits which will be paid to a given patient for the policy year. Any treatment costs which exceed this maximum annual amount are to be paid by patients directly to this office. We encourage all patients to contact their health insurance fund prior to commencing treatment to avoid disappointment.

Our Responsibility

We are committed to providing you with the most accurate treatment plan estimate and costing possible, so that you can be mentally and financially prepared for your treatment ahead.

We endeavour to adhere to these treatment plans as accurately as possible, but on occasion, unforeseen conditions may arise which necessitate changes to the original plan. The treatment plan may need to be altered as your dental professional will exercise professional judgement to give you the best possible outcome with no compromise on quality of care.

Any amendments required to your treatment as well as costings will be given to you either verbally or in writing prior to any further treatment.
