Dr Nour Abu Shamleh attained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, before pursuing post-graduate studies in Dentistry at the University of Sydney. After graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine and gaining experience in the public and private sectors within Sydney and regional New South Wales, she has now moved back home to Perth.

Dr Nour understands that visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience for many patients, and strives to make it a positive one. She is friendly and compassionate, and places a strong emphasis on communication. Her goal is to empower patients to understand and take control of their oral health and treatment needs, and she particularly enjoys inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in more anxious patients.

Dr Nour enjoys all aspects of general and restorative dentistry, and she loves to stay up to date with the latest dental techniques, procedures and technologies through regular professional development training. Her approach to treatment is holistic, incorporating preventive dentistry to foster better oral health and hygiene habits and help patients achieve strong long-term oral health outcomes.

In her spare time, you’ll find Dr Nour baking, exploring the local food hotspots, or enjoying scenic walks.
