What is the Patient Services Team?
The Patient Services team is at the forefront of our business. It is the responsible for managing all of our incoming patient enquiries, new patient communications and assisting with treatment appointment booking across all of our locations. The team is predominantly based at our head office, in the Perth CBD – with a light presence located on site at our local locations.
Aria Dental is primarily focused on reconstructive and rehabilitation dentistry, with our patients undergoing complex teeth replacements and who’s treatment journey can take between 3 to 18 months. Treatment journeys are significant and can include multiple surgeries and recovery times. The Aria team is workflow based, with processes and procedures in place to ensure a consistent, caring journey for our all of our patients.
To be successful in this team, you will require a high level of customer service skills, basic dental knowledge (or willingness to learn), the ability to multi-task, handle high volumes of phone / email responses and to be confident in using different software and learning new computers systems.
The Aria Patient Services team predominantly use three pieces of software Dental-4-Windows (D4W), our own custom built Customer Relationship Management Software (AMS) and Microsoft Office. Having prior knowledge and experience in these is an advantage, but you will be provided training and support throughout your probationary period.
The Patient Services team is non-patient facing, requires some self-motivated tasks and collaboratively working as part of a greater team. You will need strong verbal and written / typing communication skills and there is full time, part time and weekend roles available. Apply now and let your customer service skills shine.
