Our main goal is to provide you with the highest quality of dental care. Equally, it is our priority to provide you with professional, courteous and honest service based on a confidential working relationship between you and our office.
Services are provided on a fee for service basis. Full payment is due at the time of consultation/service delivery. If your treatment requires several visits, you will be provided with an estimate of time and cost involved.
Paying for your Treatment Plan
We recommend taking time to investigate your financial options before proceeding with your treatment plan. We also recommend discussing your treatment with your Health Fund, your family, and/or your trusted financial advisor before making a decision.
Our friendly team is always available to help guide you through your treatment journey, including paying for your treatment and key payment dates.
Whether it is self-funded or third-party financed, we do require you to settle your account in a timely manner, in accordance with our payment terms.
50% – Deposit to secure your surgery appointment
50% – Due on or before the day of your surgery
Please note, should you require any additional treatment during surgery, you will be invoiced these costs post-treatment, with settlement expected within 2 business days. Any additional cost will be made clear to you prior to acceptance of the treatment plan.
